Congratulations on expanding your business with Chewy.com DSCO! TrueCommerce is pleased to support the setup between your organization and Chewy.com DSCO. Before we schedule testing, a few preliminary steps must be completed to ensure a smooth implementation.
Preliminary Steps
There a few steps you must take to initiate an EDI relationship with a Trading Partner utilizing the DSCO/Rithum platform. TrueCommerce will need the FTP username and password located in Step 2 below in order to complete our connection with the Trading Partner. The process shown below will be a guide to assist with creating a job to initiate testing. Once the job has been created and credentials are provided, the testing can begin.
Portal Testing
Chewy.com DSCO requires testing via Rithum as mentioned above. Please refer to the Rithum website for detailed instructions and expectations. TrueCommerce can also handle the testing for you if you prefer. If so, please provide the following information:
