Congratulations on expanding your business with Ariba! TrueCommerce is pleased to support the setup between your organization and Ariba. Before we schedule testing, a few preliminary steps must be completed to ensure a smooth implementation.
Preliminary Steps:
Connection Method Confirmation
A representative from Ariba will reach out to you to set up a call/meeting to kick off this process and to complete a registration form. The TrueCommerce Trading Partner Engagement (TPE) Outreach team will accompany you through this and provide assistance on connection information and mapping formats.
Kindly prepare the required information below at your earliest convenience.
1. Your vendor code associated with Ariba.
2. Ariba EDI email contacts
3. If you have ever been in conversation with the Trading Partner regarding this setup, please provide emails or any related documentation.
Direct Partner Testing
The Ariba EDI team requires compliance testing before Go-Live. Please refer to the documentation below for detailed instructions and expectations. TrueCommerce can also handle the testing for you if you prefer for this phase. Please ensure that you provide the related information to the Outreach team to kick off testing.
