Congratulations on expanding your business with Lowes Companies! TrueCommerce is pleased to support the setup between your organization and Lowes Companies. Before we schedule testing, a few preliminary steps must be completed to ensure smooth implementation.

Preliminary Steps:

Connection Confirmation

Lowes Companies EDI team ([email protected]) will reach out to you to clarify connectivity information and request you to complete a registration form.

The TrueCommerce Trading Partner Engagement (TPE) Outreach team will accompany you through this and give assistance on connection information and mapping format with Lowes Companies. We will provide the EDI ID which TrueCommerce system uses for setting up AS2 connections with Lowes.

After AS2 connection is confirmed to be configured at both ends, we can move to the next phase.

Kindly prepare the required information below at your earliest convenience.

1. Your vendor code associated with Lowes Companies.

2. If you have ever been in conversation with the Trading Partner regarding this setup, please provide emails or related documentation.

Direct Trading Partner Testing

  • The Lowes Companies EDI team requires compliance testing before Go-Live. Please refer to the documentation below for detailed instructions and expectations. TrueCommerce can also handle the testing for you if you prefer. Please ensure you provide the related information to the TPE Outreach team to begin testing.
