After completing your Add-On Implementation Project your Implementation Project will be moved to the Completed status and all work will be signed off on.

From here, you will estimate when your first live order is expected to begin with this particular Trading Partner. At which point upon that first order going live and being sent, you will enter what is known as the Hypercare Period which is a small extended period after the completion of your Implementation Testing to ensure that live orders work exactly the same as your test orders.


What Is Hypercare


Hypercare describes the period directly after your first live orders are sent so that we can ensure no changes have occurred since completing your Add-On Implementation Project that may need to be addressed.

From Test to Production

While TrueCommerce will ensure that all Compliance Testing is completed per your Trading Partner's requirements. It's not uncommon for changes to occur, data to be adjusted, or additional requirements to be added prior to your live orders being sent.

While some Trading Partners will have you enter into Production and begin receiving live orders immediately, others may be delayed a few months before sending live orders. The Hypercare period starts immediately after your first live orders are received allowing for adjustments by your Implementation Specialist who is familiar with the project before being fully moved into our Production Support Team.


Going Live


Once you've received your first live orders, let your Implementation Specialist know about them where they will assist you throughout the initial full cycle of the production documents, ensuring all transactions are successfully sent and received as outlined within your Implementation Project.

Your Implementation Specialist Can Assist With

  • Transaction Integration to your Business System if Integrations has not yet been completed

  • Ensure all your EDI Transactions are being Sent and Received appropriately in Production Mode


Moving to Production


After your Hypercare period has ended and the Transaction lifecycle has successfully processed through your live orders you will be handed off to our production Support Team who you can reach out to for changes or issues moving forward.
