Issue: When attempting to log into Transaction Manager you receive the error: 'Unable to register session for application [TrueCommerce Transaction Manager]'
Reason: The maximum number of users you can log into Foundry at a single time has been reached.
Solution - Have Another User Log Out
You will need to ask one of your other Team Members to log out of Foundry in order to
Select: User Name (Top Right Corner)
Select: Logout
Solution - Force User Logout
Any Administrator User for Foundry can force a user to log out by using the End Session option located under the Security β Sessions screen to free up licenses for other users.
Navigate: Username (Top Right) β Security β Sessions
Select: User
Select: End Session
Logging out a user actively processing transactions can result in lost work
Solution - Upgrade to More Licenses
You can utilize the Buy Add-Ons portal or contact your Account Manager to discuss purchasing additional licenses
Navigate: Account Management β Buy Add-Ons
Select: Concurrent Users
