It is highly recommended that you upgraded to the Advance Integration Service (V2) as the Legacy Integration Service (V1) will have limited support in the near future

Installing the Legacy Integration Service (V1)

If you wish to continue utilizing the Legacy Integration Service (V1) you can follow the below instructions

You will need to install the Integration Service on every Workstation that you wish to utilize the Integration Service on.

Downloading the Installer

You can download the Latest Integration Service version through the Integration Settings by first selecting the Option 1 setting and then selecting the Download Integration Service button

Navigate: Transaction Manager โ†’ Integration Settings

Select: Option 1

Select: Download Integration Service

Note: The download button will either download V1 or V2 based on your Option 1 or Option 2 selection.

You must select Option 1 first in order to download the legacy service

Installing the Legacy Integration Service

Upgrading the Integration Service

If you already have the Integration Service installed onto your machine and you are upgrading - you will want to Stop the Integration Service and Backup Your Dynamic Link Library (DLL) prior to continuing

Running the Installer

You should be able to locate the Integration Service Installer within your Downloads folder by default - you will need to run the installer As an administrator for the installation to work properly

Locate: TmoIntegrationServices.exe (defaults to Downloads folder)

Right Click

Select: Run as administrator

Failing to run the installer as an administrator can result in the service not properly operating and will require re-installation of the service

Follow the Prompts

With the installer launched - you will need to follow the prompts of the installer to complete the installation.

For most users - no changes to the options is required

Simply select Next for each window

Completion

Once the installer is completed you should now see the Transaction Manager Integration Service tray icon located near your system's clock

For Upgrades: If you're updating a previously installed version of the Integration Service - be sure to Start your Integration Service again

Note: A System Restart of your Machine may be required to fully complete the installation/update
