The Legacy Integration Service (V1) requires a Certificate that expires yearly and must be updated in order to continue utilizing the Integration Service in order to pass data between Transaction Manager and your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

If you are utilizing the Advance version of the Integration Service via the Option 2 selection within your Integration Settings no action is required as this version does not utilize the certificate.

While you can continue utilizing the Legacy Integration Service (V1), it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the Advance Integration Service (V2) which no longer requires a Certificate to operate, has a significant number of performance enhancements, and can be utilized across multiple machines with only a single installation setup.

If you are unable to utilize the newer Advance Integration Service (V2) you can continue to use the Legacy Integration Service (V1) for the time being, however you will need to continue to update your Certificate each year.

It is recommended that all users look into upgrading to the Advance Integration Service (V2) which will no longer require a yearly certificate upgrade.

If you wish to continue utilizing the Legacy Integration Service (V1) you can perform an upgrade of the service by downloading the latest version which will include the updated certificate along with improvements.

If you wish to continue to utilize the Legacy Integration Service but do not wish to upgrade the Integration Service, you can utilize the Certificate Auto-Update Tool.
