Error: 'InitializePlugInDll: AssemblyName=Tc.Int.Platform.BSPSAPB1, ClassName=BSPSAPB1, Message=Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationServiceV2\Tc.Int.Platform.BSPSAPB1.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.'
Issue: When attempting to perform an Import/Export/Sync from Transaction Manager with your SAP Business One System you receive the following error: 'InitializePlugInDll: AssemblyName=Tc.Int.Platform.BSPSAPB1, ClassName=BSPSAPB1, Message=Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationServiceV2\Tc.Int.Platform.BSPSAPB1.dll' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.'
Reason: The Dynamic Link Library (DLL) could not be loaded by the Integration Service for either the BSPSAPB1 or SAPbobsCOM file
Solution - Unblock the Integration Dynamic Link Library (DLL)
A Dynamic Link Library (DLL) is a piece of compiled code that can manipulate your environment - as such Windows may automatically block newly downloaded or copied DLLs to prevent it from running without permission. You may need to unblock your DLL if you recently swapped an old one.
Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationServiceV2
Locate: Tc.Int.Platform.BSPSAPB1.dll & SAPbobsCOM.dll
Right Click: Select Properties
Check: Unblock (if present)
Note: An already unblocked DLL will not show this checkbox, only blocked ones show it
Solution - Update the Integration Dynamic Link Library (DLL)
You may need to update your Dynamic Link Library (DLL) to the latest version (both the BSPB1 and the SAPbobsCOM) to ensure compatibility
Navigate (Browser): https://transactionmanager.truecommerce.com/clientsetup/SAPBusinessOne/
Download: The Tc.Int.Platform.BSPSAPB1.DLL and SAPbobsCOM.dll
Select: Keep Files (if prompted)
Copy & Paste: Files into C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationServiceV2
Unlock: Both DLLs (see above)
Restart: Integration Service
