The TrueCommerce Web-Based Label Utility is a built-in label solution that will generate PDFs which can be sent to your printer from within Transaction Manager.
Unlike the On-Premise version - the Web-Based Utility is self-contained and only requires a license for our Label Solution to be used where users can begin printing their labels once acquired.
The TrueCommerce Label Solution is a Add-On that will require being purchased prior to being able to utilize it.
You can use the Account Management → Buy Add-Ons option or contact your Account Manager
Configuring the Label Solution
By default Transaction Manager will be already set to use the Web-based Labeling solution - if however for any reason you need to switch it back from the On-Premise solution you can do so under the Label Setup of your Business System Settings
Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Label Setup
Select: Web-based Labeling
Print Label Selection
You can configure your Labels to require selection (checked by default) to control which you print in which order by checking the Select Specific Labels Before Printing option
Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration → Label Setup
Select: Select Specific Labels Before Printing
If multiple labels are selected to print - Transaction Manager will allow you to control which ones begin generating the PDF which helps reduce having too many popup at once
