Whenever you first create a Sales Order by exporting out an inbound Purchase Order (850) from a Trading Partner Transaction Manager will record the Document # that was returned by QuickBooks.
Navigate: System Activity → Integration Activity
Locate: Document #
In this example the Document # is 7004
You can easily search this number within QuickBooks to find the document that was created by your Trading Partner through a few easy methods.
Option 1 - Customer Center Listing
Navigate: Customers → Customer Center
Select: Customer Name → Transactions Tab
Set: Show to Sales Order
Option 2 - Sales Order Find Function
Select: Sales Orders (From Home Screen)
Navigate: Main tab → Find
Enter: S.O. No. filter with the Document #
Option 3 - Last Created Order
If the Purchase Order export was the last created Sales Order to of happened - you can also simply select the Back Arrow to bring up the last created Sales Order
Open: Sales Orders (from home screen)
Select: Back Arrow
