Product: Transaction Manager & Integration Service (V1)

If you're upgrading your system to the Advance Integration Service (V2) or simply need to perform a fresh installation of the Legacy Integration Service (V1) then you will need to perform a few steps to completely clear out the configuration files and services used by the Integration Service in order to start fresh.

It is highly recommended to backup your existing Integration DLL in order to keep your system operational

Uninstalling the Integration Service

You'll want to properly uninstall the Integration Service by using the Add or Remove Programs option from Windows and selecting uninstall on the Transaction Manager Integration Service

Navigate: Add or Remove Programs

Search: Integration Service

Uninstall: Transaction Manager Integration Service

Clear the TmoIntegrationService Folder

While uninstalling the Integration Service from the Add/Remove Programs does fully remove the windows service portion of the Integration Service - your configuration files remain on the machine so that users upgrading/reinstalling do not have to reconfigure everything.

Your Integration DLLs exist in this folder - be sure to back them up prior to deleting

Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\TrueCommerce

Delete: TmoIntegrationService folder

Locate and delete the TmoIntegrationService folder from the TrueCommerce folder

Default Location: C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationService

Clearing the ProgramData Configs

The Legacy Integration Service (V1) and the Advance Integration Service (V2) both share config files, be sure to clear out these files prior to installation of the Advance Integration Service (V2) service in order to avoid conflicts in your configurations

Navigate: C:\ProgramData\TrueCommerce

Delete: All files in the folder (CloudFTPBridge users- see warning below)

Dynamics Customers

If you are utilizing the TrueCommerce Cloud FTP Bridge software to transfer your XML files to your Dynamics Integration you will have a folder within the ProgramData\TrueCommerce folder - be sure not to delete the configuration files for this otherwise you'll need to reconfigure Cloud FTP Bridge.

Default Location: C:\ProgramData\TrueCommerce\PSGEngineering\CloudFtpBridge

Restarting the Machine

You MUST restart the machine after uninstalling the Legacy Integration Service (V1) to allow Windows to properly clear out the Windows Service and properly dispose of it prior to installing the new Advance Integration Service (V2) otherwise it will not properly install.
