Need to modify the way your Total Reports displays or sends your reports? You'll want to modify the Report Destinations.
Alternatively you can simply use the Override Report Destination feature
Opening Total Reports
Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\vSync\TotalReports
Launch: TotalReports.exe

Creating or Modifying Report Destinations
Navigate: Lookups
Set: Lookup Type to Report Destination
From here - you can use the green plus or red X to create/delete new report configurations.
Otherwise you can double click on any existing report to edit it.
Viewer Configuration
Will bring up a popup display report for the end user whenever a report is generated
Destination: Viewer
Suppress when no data: recommended uncheck - otherwise may appear to users nothing is happening when no-data is present to process.
Email Configurations
Will send an email to the marked destination whenever a report is generated
Destination: Set to Email
Document Type: How to display the results (PDF is recommended)
To: Where to send the report to
Email Server: Setup Email Server Instructions
Suppress when no data: Check unless testing - as your inbox will receive empty emails every time you (or automation) import/exports when there is nothing to process
Configuring a Report
Once you've setup your destinations - you may need to update your Report to have the proper option selected - check out the next article
