Tags or Custom Fields are entries within the system that are used as a free-form field for data that falls outside the standard scope of the transaction, allowing custom data to be pushed to it and marked for you to utilize with either Customize Setup or just as a place to store data to be referenced.

Navigate: Departments → TrueCommerce → Import & Export → Inbound Messages

View/Edit: Document in question

Select: Customize Tags (header or item)
