enter: whoami
enter: net localgroup administrators
If the user returned by the whoami command is not in the list produced by the net localgroup administrators command - then you are not a local admin as far as TrueCommerce requires it.
You'll need to work with your IT Department to provide this access, or switch to a user who is in the list - TrueCommerce is unable to assist with Domain or Network Administrator accounts.
