This article explains how to move a transaction from the Received folder to the Inbox.

Let's say that you received a purchase order in your Inbox. It's time to create a transaction, so you either perform a turnaround or export the PO into your business system. What happens then? Once an action is taken with the PO, it is automatically moved to your Received folder.

If needed, you can move the transaction back to your Inbox by selecting (highlighting) the transaction in the Received folder and then selecting Options > Move to Inbox via the Action Bar.

Can transactions be moved from Received to Inbox automatically?

Well, the short answer? No.

Creating a transaction by turnaround or importing a transaction will automatically move it to the Received folder. Other than that, there's no way to automatically move transactions.

This is a deliberate process as files in the Inbox are files that have yet to be reviewed or processed. It's important for you to be aware of these transactions. If transactions moved themselves without any action, it would be too easy to become lost with what transactions have and have not been processed.
