Below are steps to restart the service that enables label printing from Pack & Ship. Occasionally, after PC reboots or other system changes, labels will no longer print out automatically as expected. The first step to resolving is to restart the associated service as outlined below.
1) Right-click on your Start button (or Windows button) to open the WinX Menu. Select Run. This opens the Run box. Now type services.msc in it and hit Enter to open the Services Manager:
2) Right click the service name ‘Foundry Platform Print Station 1.5.0.0’ and click Restart.
