Product: Transaction Manager

It happens. You're going through your normal processes, and you accidentally import a transaction or several from your business system, either too soon or with incorrect information. Not to worry. You can correct this situation, no matter which business system you use.

Go ahead and delete the transactions, so they don't get confused with the updated transactions. After making any updates in your business system, re-import the transactions.

If you have a framework integration, you'll need to search for processed or "all" transactions. If you have a flat file integration, all you'll need to do is recreate the file from your business system.

If you're trying to import but the system is telling you that the transactions have already been processed, choose "mark as unprocessed" on the import search panel.
