Product: Account Management Portal (AMP)


Whether you need to cancel a subscription, product, Trading Partner connection, or the entirety of your TrueCommerce Service you can do so through the Service Cancellation form that will be sent directly to your Account Manager for evaluation through the Account Management Portal (AMP) support case submission process for Foundry users, and through the My TrueCommerce Portal for DIC customers.

This form can assist you with the following scenarios that may require you to cancel your service:

  • Switching Providers

  • Going out of Business

  • Bankruptcy

  • Loss of Trading Partner

  • Migrating to an unsupported Business System

The Service Cancellation request will be evaluated based on the next earliest opportunity per your contract


Requesting Service Cancellation


To submit a Service Cancellation Request you can do so under the My Support Dashboard option through the Account Management option when submitting a New Support Case.

Navigate: Account Management β†’ My Support Dashboard β†’ New Support Case

Navigate: Foundry Product Customers β†’ Account Management

Select: Service Cancellation Request

MyTc Users (DIC)

Navigate: New Support Case

Select: Service Cancellation Request
