Issue: When attempting to Import a Flat File into Transaction Manager you receive the following errors: 'Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.ttcHstTransactionStores' with unique index 'IX_ttcHstTransactionStores_TxnStores'. The duplicate key value is [Value]'
Reason: The Looping Structure of the the imported Flat File does not match the Trading Partner Map looping structure resulting in a failing loop.
Solution - Adjust the Import Document Type
If you have multiple Import Document Types of the same type (e.g. Multiple Advance Ship Notices) you may just need to adjust the Import Document Type for the selected Trading Partner Map that corresponds to the appropriate looping structure.
For Advance Ship Notices this would typically be ensuring that you are using the same Advance Ship Notice Structure as the Trading Partner Map.
e.g. Avoid trying to import a Pick and Pack into a Pallet Pick and Pack as there would be a missing Tare
Solution - Have Support Correct the Loops
You will need to submit a Support Case so that a TrueCommerce support member can ensure that the Looping Structure on your file matches that of the Trading Partner Map if a matching Import Definition does not already exist.
