Issue: When attempting to Import or Export within Transaction Manager you are met with a 404 - Not Found error message
Reason: Transaction Manager was unable to access Dynamics 365 Business Central through the provided Request URL
Solution - Validate Request URL
If you've recently configured Transaction Manager with Business Central then the issue is that it is unable to access the Request URL which points it to Business Central.
Navigate: Business System β (Your Company) β Company Configuration β Integration Options
Locate: Request URL

Solution - Enable API Services in Business Central
If you began receiving this error after checking the Enable API Service option within Transaction Manager for the first time - then this would indicate that the API Services within Business Central are not enabled under the Admin Center.
You will need to reach out to your Value Added Reseller (VAR) to have them configure your environment to enable the API Services
Uncheck Enable API Services within Transaction Manager to restore connection
