Transaction Manager - Ship To Address Missing from Label

Product: Transaction Manager & Label Utility


Issue: After Printing a UCC-128 Label from an Advance Ship Notice (856) within Transaction Manager - the Ship From information is missing.

Reason: The Store/DC Code did not find a match within the Address List of the set type.

Solution - Populate Store # (For Ship To Type of Store)


If your Ship To Type located under the Main tab is set to Store - ensure that your Advance Ship Notice has a Store # populated so that the Label Printer can pull the Ship To Address from the Address List

Confirm: the Main.Ship To Type is set to Store

Check: Transaction's Store #

The Store # may appear under Ship To, or Order By tab based on the Trading Partner map

Cross-Reference Address List

In order for a match to be found in your Address List - the Address Type must also be set to Store within the entry

Solution - Populate DC # (For Ship To Type of Distribution Center)


If your Ship To Type is set to Distribution Center under the Main tab - ensure that your DC # is populated properly

Confirm: Ship To Type is set to Distribution Center

Check: Transaction's DC #

Cross-Reference Address List

In order for a match to be found in your Address List - the Address Type must also be set to DC within the entry

Solution - Add Address to Address List

If your Address List is missing the specified Store or Distribution Center Ship-To address you will need to make sure to add it to the list.
