Wikipedia defines a "favicon" (short for favorite icon), also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon, as a file containing one or more small icons associated with a particular website or web page. It's the little image on the page tabs of your website. For example:

By default, the TrueCommerce favicon will show up on your Nexternal store page tabs, but you can replace it with your own (Layout / Edit General Layout / Favicon), or you may follow the steps in the Guided Tutorial called "Add a Favicon in the Browser Page Tab". (Guided Tutorials are accessed separately from the Support Center in Foundry, through the link to Guided Tutorials in the system navigation under the question mark at the top. In the legacy standalone version of Nexternal they can be accessed through the Guided Tutorials link in the left navigation.)
