The interchange control number of a transaction can be useful in locating the transaction. You can find it within Transaction Manager.
To access the data in Transaction Manager:
Within Transaction Manager, locate the transaction that needs to be reviewed. Click on the transaction to highlight it. Click View in the Action Bar, and select Raw EDI.
Locate the Interchange Control Number
The interchange control number is located in the very first line (segment) of the raw EDI data, and is located in the ISA13 position (the value directly after the 13th asterisk).
