Product: Pack & Ship

Using a barcode scanner can simplify and speed up your shipping process. At a minimum, barcodes save the time—and potential errors—it takes to manually type in an order number, item number, or any other keyed value.  If you have a barcode scanner, you can use it in Pack & Ship with no configuration in the system.

Some things to note:

  • You need to have a scanner that supports your barcode symbologies used on your products.

  • You are responsible for configuring your scanner (i.e. making sure it has a  command at the end so Pack & Ship can accept the results).

  • Pack & Ship is compatible with any keyboard replacement wedge scanner that acts as if it were typing on the screen.

  • Pack & Ship isn't compatible with RF devices or others that require specific software or firmware to get the results of the scan.
