Please note: Billing questions cannot be addressed through the Support Chat system. Billing questions need to be addressed directly with the Billing team.

Please be aware that throughout 2021, there will be a slow rollout to the Account Management Portal, which will replace the Customer Center. You can still access and utilize the Customer Center in the meantime. TrueCommerce will formally announce when the Customer Center will be retired. Learn more about AMP here!

The Account section of the TrueCommerce Customer Center will allow you to configure user settings and view company account information, such as your TrueCommerce User Agreement, price plan, transaction information, and company billing and shipping information.

Need to update a credit card on file? This is the place! To access the Customer Center within the Foundry platform, click the three-person silhouette icon on the left hand side panel.

Select Account from the top menu bar. On the left hand side, select Payment Information. Once you confirm your email address, you’ll receive an email with a link for updating your credit card information.

You also have the option to contact Billing directly. You can reach the Billing Team by calling (888) 430-4489, and select Billing, option # 2.
