The SSL Certificate utilized by the Legacy Integration Service (V1) has expired (September 12th, 2024) which will prevent your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software from interacting with Transaction Manager preventing it from processing transactions.
The Certificate has already expired - If you are able to Import/Export at this time no further action is required.
Update your Certificate if you experience an interruption.
Upgrading the Certificate
If you are utilizing the Legacy Integration Service (V1) you can upgrade the Certificate using the Certificate Upgrade Tool easily without the need for support.
IMPORTANT: This tool will not work if you are running on a third-party Terminal Server / Remote Desktop service. Contact your third-party Information Technology (IT) team and have them follow the manual steps, below, while logged into the server as a LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR.

You can download the Integration Service Certificate Update tool from the below link or from the Downloads section of the Account Management module.

Running the Tool
Locate the UpdateCert.exe: (typically in Downloads)

Once your local version displays, the certificate update process has completed. Close/exit any instructions or browser pages from the update process. You are now ready to process within Transaction Manager as normal.
Restarting the Integration Service Manually
NOTE: If you are unable to Import/Export after completing the above steps you may need to restart the Integration Service manually.
Manually Updating Certificate
If you are unable to run the Integration Service Certificate Update tool you can try to manually update the certificate by following the below steps.
Stopping the Integration Service
You will need to completely stop the Integration Service prior to updating your certificate in order for it to properly update.
Open: Window's Services (Windows Menu β Type Services)
Find: Transaction Manager Integration Service
Right Click: Select Stop
Downloading the Certificate
Navigate: Integration Settings
Select: Download Upgraded Certificate
Transferring the File
Your browser will now download the TmoIntSvcs.pfx file to your downloads folder (by default). You will need to move this file into the TmoIntegrationService folder under your TrueCommerce installation directory.
Do not Open: The file is encrypted and opening it will prompt you for credentials. This is not necessary to install. Simply copy the file over instead.
Right Click: Copy
Navigate: C:\Program Files (x86)\True Commerce\TmoIntegrationService default)
Right Click: Paste
Select: Yes when prompted to overwrite
Unblocking the File
For security reasons, Windows will typically automatically block the file preventing it from running. You will need to unblock it first before it can be loaded by the Integration Service.
Right Click: TmoIntSvcs.pfx β Properties
Check: Unblock (if present)
Select: OK
NOTE: If the Unblock box does not appear, then the file is not blocked and no action is required.
Restarting the Integration Service
Now that the certificate is in placed, and unblocked, you will need to start the Integration Service again.
Open: Services
Find: Transaction Manager Integration Service
Right Click: Start
Once the Transaction Manager Integration Service status returns to Running, your certificate will have been updated and you can resume your normal operations.
