You may need to check the version of your installed vSync (TrueCommerce) module when troubleshooting an issue, preparing for an upgrade, or when requested by TrueCommerce Support. Each module (SOP, POP, WHS, RA) has its own independent version number and can be checked the same way.
Checking the Version
The module version is found directly within each TrueCommerce module window inside Dynamics GP.
Navigate: Open the TrueCommerce module you wish to check
Click: About EDI for Microsoft Dynamics GP at the bottom of the module window
This opens the About window for that module, which displays:
EDI for Microsoft Dynamics GP — the installed version number for that module
Build Date — the date the module build was released
Module Reference
The steps above apply to all TrueCommerce/vSync modules. Open the applicable module window to check its version:
SOP — TrueCommerce Main
WHS — TrueCommerce Warehouse
POP — TrueCommerce POP Integration
RA — TrueCommerce RA Main
Each module has its own independent version number. If you need to check multiple modules, repeat these steps for each one.
