Retesting a Trading Partner Request

Instructions for retesting when initiated by trading partner via add-on process

You and your organization may find yourselves in a scenario where you need to retest with your Trading Partner. Retesting can consist of a connection update or change on the Trading Partner side, mapping specification update or change, or you currently have been receiving too many EDI compliance errors while in a production status. Below are the required steps to begin retesting with your Trading Partner:

  • You will need to provide an email from your Trading Partner advising on the following:

  • Reason for the retesting request

  • Transactions and/or Documents required to be retested

  • Deadline for retesting to be completed

  • Portal access (URL, username, and password, if applicable)

  • Once the above information has been received, there are three options for your Implementation Specialist to submit your request to begin retesting. Those options consist of:

  • Via a Support case which they will assign to the Technical Support team.

  • By creating an internal Change Request to generate a new implementation project.
