You and your organization may find yourselves in a scenario where you need to retest with your Trading Partner. Retesting can consist of a connection update or change on the Trading Partner side, mapping specification update or change, or you currently have been receiving too many EDI compliance errors while in a production status. Below are the required steps to begin retesting with your Trading Partner:

You will need to provide an email from your Trading Partner advising on the following:
Reason for the retesting request
Transactions and/or Documents required to be retested
Deadline for retesting to be completed
Portal access (URL, username, and password, if applicable)
Once the above information has been received, there are three options for your Implementation Specialist to submit your request to begin retesting. Those options consist of:
Via a Support case which they will assign to the Technical Support team.
By creating an internal Change Request to generate a new implementation project.
By sending an email to the Add-On Implementation team at: ([email protected])
