Zoro Tool will expect a specific EDI ID based on your relationship with them.

Selecting the wrong EDI ID will result in EDI Transactions not being sent or received.

You will need to work with Zoro Tool to determine the proper EDI ID to use

Preliminary Steps

How to Register for Testing

Zoro Tools requires all testing to be conducted through the SPS Commerce portal. Before we can proceed with support, SPS must first establish an active Testing & Certification project for your company. It is necessary for you to reach out to SPS to request a relationship with Zoro Tools to get started on the process. To do so, please follow the below steps:

  1. A registration form will open. Please enter your company’s information on the form.

  1. Submit the form - The SPS representative will then contact you to finalize the necessary testing agreements.

When contacted by SPS, please inform them that TrueCommerce is your EDI provider and request the creation of a Testing & Certification project for Zoro Tools. Once your registration is complete, SPS will provide login credentials that will allow you to access the Testing & Certification project.

Portal Testing

TrueCommerce will collaborate with your team to obtain any company specific details that are needed for this phase. Please ensure that you provide the information below to the Trading Partner Engagement (TPE) Outreach team to begin testing.

  1. URL of the testing portal

  1. Login credentials (username and password)

  1. Vendor Number

Prepare four test items with associated data, including UPC Number, Buyer Part Number, Vendor Part Number, Unit Price, Quantity Ordered Unit of Measure and Production Description.

Next Steps

After receiving the login details, your TrueCommerce Implementation Specialist will reach out to schedule time to complete/coordinate testing.

Thank you for choosing TrueCommerce as your EDI provider. We look forward to supporting your continued growth and success.
