Tractor Supply Dropship Implementation
Congratulations on expanding your business with Tractor Supply Drop Ship! TrueCommerce is pleased to support the setup between your organization and Tractor Supply Drop Ship. Before we schedule testing, a few preliminary steps must be completed to ensure a smooth implementation.
Preliminary Steps
Please make sure that you have completed the Vendor Startup Form and Trading Partner EDI Profile Form. Once complete, these can be emailed to: [email protected]
Testing
Tractor Supply Drop Ship requires compliance testing before Go-Live. Please refer to the documentation below for detailed instructions and expectations. TrueCommerce can also handle the testing for you if you prefer. Transactions that are required to be tested include:

The testing includes multiple scenarios that determine your ability to process both small parcel and LTL shipments. TrueCommerce can complete the testing on your behalf if you wish.
This testing will be coordinated with Tractor Supply Drop Ship’s EDI department, so we will need to contact them to request the test Purchase Orders. Tractor Supply Drop Ship’s EDI department can be contacted via email at [email protected]
Go-Live
After completing testing, you will need to maintain daily Inventory Report (846) updates and timely Advance Ship Notice (856) submissions.
Tractor Supply Drop Ship will then direct you to their GetOnBoard team to verify you can be compliant with their labeling requirements.
