Preliminary Steps

Costco uses a third-party company, SPS Commerce, to conduct compliance testing on their behalf. Be sure to engage with your SPS Commerce Account Representative to ensure your testing agreement has been signed and you have access to the SPS Commerce Testing & Certification portal. The contact email is: [email protected].
Once access is granted to the online portal, login and navigate to Testing & Certification > select Dashboard.
From the Active tab on the Dashboard, select Costco to begin the testing process.
Step 1: Review and acknowledge the EDI Specifications
Step 2: Enter test setup details.
Connection Method type: VAN
VAN Name: TrueCommerce
Step 3: Enter in test transaction details and test transaction item details

Costco requires you to complete compliance testing before Go-Live. Please refer to the below Next Steps section for detailed instructions and expectations. If you prefer, TrueCommerce can conduct and complete compliance testing on your behalf. If so, please provide the following details:
