Issue: When attempting to Export or Import to/from Sage 50 (PeachTree) you receive the following error: 'Error connecting to Peachtree: Unknown Error'.
Reason: Sage 50 (PeachTree) interrupted the process before Transaction Manager could complete. Usually due to a Prompt in Sage 50 requesting confirmation
Solution - Dismiss Dialogue Box in Sage and Try Again
Check to see if a Dialogue Prompt has appeared within Sage 50 and select the appropriate answer based on your Business Process needs relevant to your company. Once complete - attempt to Export or Import from Transaction Manager again.
