I think we can all agree that when we have a simple question, we want the answer fast and we don’t necessarily want to wait on someone to get back to us. In an effort to better assist our customers, we have added the Guided Tutorials feature to the Foundry Platform, which provides step-by-step guidance for some of the most commonly asked questions. This way our customers can get the help they need when they need it, and hopefully, become more confident using Foundry in the process!
To access the tutorials, click on the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner, and click on Guided Tutorials.
A pop-up will appear in the lower right hand corner, listing the different Guided Tutorials that are available. If you know the tutorial that you’re looking for, you can click on it and you’ll be on your way. Or, you can enter key words in the Search field to see what options are available.
