Issue: When attempting to Submit or Review Cases within the Account Management Portal (AMP) you may receive an error indicating the site could not be reached.
This has been resolved
Some Customers may experience interruptions - it is recommended to clear your browser DNS/cache or wait for the browser to refresh itself (~30-60 minutes).
