Welcome to the World of Transaction Manager!
At TrueCommerce, we strive to provide the best training materials to help you learn more efficiently and to help you best manage your business on a day-to-day basis. As a new Transaction Manager user, please check out the “must watch” instruction list below. These instructions can be found in TrueCommerce University (TCU), our Learning Management System designed specifically for TrueCommerce Customers.
Please follow these 2 steps to access our resources which are designed to significantly help you when using True Commerce Products.
Step 1: Register for TrueCommerce University (TCU)
1. Visit https://truecommerceuniversity.com.
2. Click Sign Up.
3. Enter the required fields for enrollment in TCU, then click the Sign-Up button.
4. Your Sign-Up request will be sent for review by TCU Administration.
5. Once approved, Log In and begin the learning process!
💡 Note:
The Email Address must be associated with your business.
The approval process can take about 48-72 hours

Once you have access, move to step 2 in the section below for course enrollment and start your learning journey.
Step 2: Complete the essential courses in the following curriculums
For all customers: You are automatically enrolled for 5 courses in the following curriculum.
🚩 These five courses are REQUIRED during the Pre-Implementation phase of your project and will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge when using Transaction Manager.
Click on the following link or My course/Featured Course on TCU to access five primary courses after receiving the sign - up confirmation email from TCU Admin.
