What is Guided Onboarding?

Guided Onboarding is a collection of setup wizards designed to help Transaction Manager users accomplish more with fewer clicks, with step-by-step task flows and assisted integration connectivity and testing.

Who Uses Guided Onboarding?

This toolset simplifies some of the more complex onboarding tasks in Transaction Manger. While designed primarily for entry-level assistance, advanced users would stand to benefit from the handy, self-guided features and navigation. This is particularly true for those who would rather maintain their configurations in-house, without the need for outside support.

How does it Work?

The Problem

Transaction Manager is a comprehensive application with many interdependent components. Some of the more detailed configurations, such as business systems and new partner integrations, will take you several menus, tabs, and options deep into the application. This can be challenging as well as time-consuming, especially if you are not sure about the requirements, what comes next, or even where to start.

The Solution

Using the wizard approach, Guided Onboarding distills the long-form processes into a series of quick steps. With clearly defined task pages, ordered data entry fields, drop-down suggestions, contextual info boxes, tooltips, and more, the wizard provides assistance at every stage in your setup.

If you are unsure about a certain step, you can pause the process at any time and then resume whenever you are ready to add more information. Note that everything you input or change in the wizard appears in the main Transaction Manager application at the same time.

How do I Access Guided Onboarding?

The latest release is now available in TrueCommerce Foundry. Navigate to Guided Onboarding on your Foundry main menu to access the selections available.
