Whenever working with custom data that you wish for TrueCommerce to interact with you may need to provide more information about your field at a system level.

You can use the below article to help you in finding that data if requested.

Navigate: Tools → Customization Tools

Select: User-Defined Tables - Setup or User-Defined Fields - Management

From here you can provide TrueCommerce with more information such as the Table Name and Object Type that'll allow TrueCommerce to determine the availability of the field easiser.

TrueCommerce comes with a handful of pre-defined custom User-Defined Windows.

Navigate: Tools → User-Defined Windows

Find: TRC_ prefixed windows for TrueCommerce Data.
