New Features and Enhancements

Automated Turnaround Extension

Within the Trading Partners | Preferences | Transactions | Automation tab, users can now create up to four outgoing transactions from an incoming document via the auto-turnaround function.

For each document that can be created, users can check the Auto-Send box and enter an Error Recipient email in the corresponding field, if preferred.

Admin Ability to set Trading Partner Roles

Under Administration | User Administration, users with the 'Administrator' Role Type can limit what a specific user sees and has access to from a Trading Partner perspective when that user logs into Transaction Manager.

For example, in the next screenshot the user has been granted access by an Administrator to see the Amazon, BandHPhotoVideo, and BluesteenCommerceHub trading partners via checkbox designation within the Trading Partner Permissions For Selected User section of the User Administration page. This means that the next time the user logs into Transaction Manager, they will only see those partners on the Trading Partner and Transactions pages rather than the entire list of partners.

For users who have specific accounts that they manage, this setting streamlines their access and eliminates the necessity to filter out the partner accounts they do not manage.

NOTE: Filtering can be accomplished at the EDI ID, Company, and Partner level.

Restore Archives as non-Admin User

In addition to Administrators, custom users who are not Transaction Manager Admins can now restore archived transactions. The Restored Archives Permission can be enabled for the user on the User Administration page.

Expansion of Code Viewing capabilities

In addition to the Raw EDI, users can now view non-X12 (Edifact, XML/CSV flat-file) inbound and outbound data files in Transaction Manager using the View | RAW EDI drop-down from the Transactions page action bar to see the data.

NOTE: This enhancement does not include payloads for partners that go through the Integration Framework (like Shopify and Magento).

Auto-Download Translation Table values

To help eliminate instances of users accidentally clearing all items in their Item Catalog list (Trading Partners | Translations | Item Catalog), a Trading Partner Item Catalog pop-up will now display a warning that checking the 'Clear Selected' box on the action bar will permanently remove all values from the trading partner Item Catalog.

However, if the user checks the Item Catalog Download Enabled box in the pop-up and then clicks the Yes button to confirm, the Item Catalog list will be downloaded to their local machine. A CSV file is then created and the Item Catalog list is cleared on the Transaction Manager Item Catalog page.

NOTE: In order to remove a single item from the Item Catalog, click it to highlight it, then click the Delete button rather than the Clear Selected button. The Item Catalog Download Enabled box is checked by default, meaning the user would actually need to uncheck it to prohibit the Item Catalog list download.

Display Qualifiers within Transaction Manager

Users can now see if there is or is not a qualifier within the Business System page tab or Trading Partner tab in Transaction Manager.

Partner and Company Import tables Dialogue Box

A new dialogue box that prompts the user to designate whether their comma separated values (CSV) or TXT file has header values will display when the user clicks the Import button in any of the Item, Address, or Partner Lookup tables. Header values dictate what columns the information will be imported into if set appropriately.

Country Column Added to Trading Partner Ship-From Locations grid

Country has been added to the column grid within the Trading Partners | Labels | Ship-From Locations page to assist trading partners that require a ship from a specific country.
