You may delete an Endicia label and request a refund of the postage for that label within 48 hours of creation via the "Shipping Labels" button at the bottom of the Order Detail screen in your Nexternal Order Management System.
Moreover, if a label is not scanned by USPS within 14 days, the appropriate postage is automatically refunded.
