Transaction Manager: Turning On and Obtaining a Cloud Integration Log

Product: Transaction Manager

In order to turn on and obtain your cloud integration log:

  1. Click the Navigation Menu icon in the upper left hand corner, and select Administration in the flyout menu.

  2. Click System Configuration.

  3. Select the radio button next to Cloud Integration Logging. Click Save in the Action Bar.

Make sure to perform the action you need the log for as soon as you've turned on Cloud Integration Logging. Download the log immediately after you've performed the activity you’re troubleshooting, so it doesn’t get overwritten.

To download the cloud integration log, click System Activity in the flyout menu, and select Cloud Log.

Please note: The Export Text option is preferred by the Integration team when downloading the log.
