1. Fill out Amazon Questionnaire
Complete and return our questionnaire to your Implementation Specialist only if you are connecting with Amazon Seller Central US, Canada, or Mexico.
NOTE: If you are connecting with another Amazon Seller Central region, please contact your Implementation Specialist and they will connect you with a resource who will assist with creating a connection for your purchased region.
2. Prepare your products for synchronization
3. Give us an export of your products
4. Participate in testing
We've established your connection. Now it's time to begin sending orders. Notify your implementation specialist that you are ready for your first batch of orders. Your implementation specialist will assist in confirming order flow to the ERP. If you plan on enabling fulfillments and inventory, your implementation specialist will also assist in building shipment and inventory files for transmission back to the channel.
