Product: Transaction Manager


Issue: Whenever attempting to utilize the Print Label option within Transaction Manager you are met with a strange error indicating 'unable to print label'

Reason: A known issue can result in the failure of printing labels under the Standard option

Workaround - Print Asynchronously


While this issue will normally resolve itself after some time - you can work around it immediately by utilizing the Asynchronous Print option instead which will send the label generation to the Asynchronous Events page to be printed

Select: Print β†’ Labels β†’ Asynchronous Labels

Navigate: System Activity β†’ Asynchronous Events

Select: (Event) β†’ View
