Partner Token Mappings are the instructions Transaction Manager uses when importing transaction data from (or exporting to) your Project. The Partner Token Mapping is basically a two-column table with one column for the Transaction Manager field name, and one column for your Project field name.

Import Token Mappings

Import Token Mappings assign one of your Project fields to a Transaction Manager field.

The following table provides a detailed description of the associated Token Mapping Import fields and Rollback function numbered in the screenshot, above.

LOOKUP ITEMS	DESCRIPTION
1 - Transaction Manager field	When displayed in the left column of the grid, these are the available fields used during import into Transaction Manager. To add more fields, click the category within the left pane to expand it, then drag and drop the selected value into the Transaction Manager column.
2 - Project field	When displayed in the right column, these are the available fields used during import into Transaction Manager. Match the Project values to the Transaction Manager fields.
3 - Rollback (under Options drop-down)	Click to revert any changes made to the Lookup Table back to its previous settings for an Entire Project or Specific Entities.
4 - Build Custom Formula	If desired, you can build a custom map formula for import and export Entities in your Project by adding various tokens within this Mapping Manager function. See Building, Validating and Linearizing a Custom Formula
5 - New	Click to add a new line to the grid and place the cursor in the memo field.
6 - Save	Click to save the content of the grid.
7 - Reset	Click to revert all changes back to the last state of the grid before several changes were made or to when the user clicked Save.
8 - Delete	Select a specific line within the grid, then click Delete to remove it.

Export Token Mapping

Export Token Mappings assign a Transaction Manager field to one of your Project fields.

The following table provides a detailed description of each Token Mapping Export field numbered in the screenshot, immediately above.

LOOKUP ITEMS	DESCRIPTION
1 - Project field	When exporting, Project fields will be listed in the left column of the grid. All values available during the export will be available. Match the corresponding Partner Token by dragging it to the memo boxes for that Project value.
2 - Transaction Manager field	When exporting, Transaction Manager field tokens will be added by dragging them to the memo box to match the Project value.
3 - memo box	This box is where edits should be made, either by dragging and dropping new values from the left pane, or manually (when hard-coding values).
