Note: We use the term location in our documentation. Although locations commonly represent warehouses, Pack & Ship can be used in more scenarios than just warehouses.
Considerations
You want to add a new location. Here are some things you should think about before you get started:
Are you adding new accounts to this location? If so, click one of these links for more details on how to add a new parcel carrier or how to add a new non-parcel carrier.
Are you using the same carriers as your last location?
How do I add a Location in Pack & Ship?
Click Menu > Pack & Ship > Configuration > Shipping > Locations.
Click Add New Record.
Type in a name for the location.
Click New in the address section.
Fill out the fields as appropriate and click Save. You should now see your location in the list.
