We’ve established your connection, now let’s talk about what happens during the testing phase.

  1. Make sure Product information is populated with data that meets the needs of your use case. For example, if EAN and UPC values are required, they must be declared in your Channel Advisor account at the product level.

  2. Test orders that are created directly in Channel Advisor will lack essential information. To successfully test orders and confirm your end to end connection, test orders must be sent to Channel Advisor from your connected marketplace and/or webstore.

  3. By default, TrueCommerce will query your Channel advisor account for orders with a cleared payment status. This will ensure that your order information contains the richest data possible as it is transmitted through the TrueCommerce network. Discuss additional fulfillment status options with your TrueCommerce consultant.
