This series demonstrates how to map lookups into ERP fields, deploying changes and populating those values in Transaction Manager. It also covers creating default lookup tables, using the same lookups across partners, and applying lookup logic in both inbound and outbound document flows.

Part 1 introduces you to lookup tables, how they work, what they can be used for, and how they are defined in Mapping Manager.

Part 2 demonstrates how lookups are used in mapping.

Part 3 shows you how the same lookup table can be used for converting both inbound and outbound data.

Part 4 covers default lookups, which are used for “hard-coding” values specific to the document type and trading partner.
