Add-On Portal - Purchasing a New Trading Partner

Existing TrueCommerce customers often have a need to add additional trading partners or features to their account after they have completed their initial implementation. TrueCommerce has made this process easy with the introduction of the TrueCommerce webstore. To access the webstore, log into your foundry account at: https://foundry.truecommerce.com.

From the menu option, select Account Management followed by Buy Add-Ons. If your account is authorized for the Buy Add-Ons portal, you will see the storefront after clicking the Buy Add-Ons option in Foundry.

If you receive the following message Account [Your tenant ID] is not found - please contact your Administrator - This message indicates your account has not yet been activated for the webstore. Please create a case using option Account Management>My Support Dashboard>New Support Case to request activation of the Buy Add-Ons portal for your account.
