Product: Transaction Manager & Scheduler
If you've purchased the Scheduler add-on and have it configured you can easily view the Scheduled Events and their run times using either the Asynchronous Events or Scheduler settings menus to view active processes, past-ran, and next-up events.
Viewing Scheduled Events
You can view Scheduled Events to view their Active Status, Up Coming Runs, and their Last Ran timestamps under the Administrator's Scheduler settings.
Navigate: Administration→ Scheduler
Find: The Event
Click: The + Icon
Once you have the Scheduled Event expanded, you can view the Active, Next Run Date, and Last Run Date easily in one screen
View Events Current/Past Processing Status
If you would like to view the History or processing status of your Scheduled Events you can find them located under the Asynchronous Events screen under your System Activity to view whether or not an event was successful, had warnings, or failed.
Navigate: System Activity → Asynchronous Events
Details
You can select any event and select the Details button on the blue bar to review any information, warnings, or errors attached to the Scheduled Event
Processing Events
If your Scheduled Event is queued or processing you will be able to locate them within the Asynchronous Events page with their status indicating as such.
It may take a few moments between your Scheduled Event activating and them appearing within the Asynchronous Events list due to delays in the system queueing the event and the event activating
