From the inbox, highlight the desired document(s).
Once highlighted, selection Actions > Export.
You will now want to choose “Download Framework Export Data”.
At the bottom of your browser, look for the download; you can choose to open it, or you can select show in folder so that you can attach it to your support case (via Account Management > My Support Dashboard > Review Cases) in Foundry.
