Transaction Manager: How To Download Framework Export Data or Log File

Want to know how to generate a “log file” for an export, without actually exporting the document? Follow the below steps

Product: Transaction Manager

  1. From the inbox, highlight the desired document(s).


  2. Once highlighted, selection Actions > Export.

  3. You will now want to choose “Download Framework Export Data”.

  4. At the bottom of your browser, look for the download; you can choose to open it, or you can select show in folder so that you can attach it to your support case (via Account Management > My Support Dashboard > Review Cases) in Foundry.
