Issue: Whenever you import an ASN into Transaction Manager, you find that the Shipment Details tab is missing Pack and Item information resulting in an empty ASN.
Reason: Your Shipment within Dynamics 365 Business Central has not been packed - whether due to a failure of an automated process, or has not been completed manually yet.
Checking the Log
If you garner a Cloud Log, you can open up the ImportTransaction() RESP information and check to see if there are any <Pack> or <Item> nodes. If none are present it is due to the ASN not being packed.
